Tartarus is an ice-demon faction born from the northern and southern extremes of the Kreegan Plane, where exiled and hardened fiends forged their own brutal order after Inferno’s retreat. From those frozen depths they surged into Antagarich, carrying a culture of ruthless survival, dark sorcery, and glacial conquest.
